the room are nice and neat. it was beautifully arranged and staff was kind. miguel, the receptionist, was very professional. he were always ready to help, and .
i think they should install some floor mats in the bathroom. this would help prevent the floor from becoming too slippery. unfortunately, my friend slipped and fell in the bathroom .

Location was very useful. I could easily walk to many sites. The staff provided great help at check-in. They also gave great directions. I also used the balcony. I found nice street views from there.
The room felt a bit small as a solo traveller, especially given what I paid. The acoustics were also not great as noise seemed to carry easily from the hall and neighboring rooms. This impacted the quality of sleep.
